My stay at the AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown was pretty solid overall. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome, which definitely boosted my experience. I loved the comfy bed and the convenient location right near the Tabernacle, making it easy to walk to my concert. However, the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear my neighbors at night, which was a downside for the overall comfort of my stay.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with a king-sized bed that was surprisingly comfortable. However, the layout was a bit smaller than typical Marriott offerings and the AC unit was kinda loud.
Service
10.0
The staff was a highlight of my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to assist me, whether it was with checking in or answering questions.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the venue I was attending, making it super convenient. Plus, it felt safe walking back, which is always a plus!
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was decent, with a European-inspired spread and the option for scrambled eggs, which I appreciated. For $14.95, it met my needs, but it could use a few more options.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had modern amenities like a large TV with streaming options, but I did miss having a microwave in the room. Overall, the facilities were good, though the breakfast should have more variety.

My stay at AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown was fantastic, primarily due to its prime location and really good staff. I really appreciated the welcoming attitude of the staff, especially during the busy Hot Chocolate Run event. While the bed wasn’t as comfy as I anticipated, the overall experience was great, making me eager to return! ☕🏙️

Rooms

The double queen room was modern and stylish, providing ample space for three adults. The bathroom featured both a mounted and a rain shower head, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, I did find the bed to appear more comfortable than it actually was, though it didn't affect my sleep too much.
Service
10.0
The service was a highlight of my stay! From the valet who greeted me warmly to Ms. Tracy at the front desk, who made my check-in seamless, the staff consistently displayed friendliness and attentiveness. The hot chocolate served on race day was a good touch! 😊

This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring downtown Atlanta. I was just a short walk away from Centennial Olympic Park and other local attractions, making it easy to navigate the city and enjoy various dining options.

I found breakfast at the hotel to be satisfying, though it was an additional charge. The atmosphere in the dining area is airy and pleasant, making for a good start to the day, despite a limited selection.
Facilities

Valet parking was convenient, offering unlimited access to my vehicle. However, at about $47 a day, it felt a bit pricey. The hotel also had modern amenities, including a lovely outdoor lounge area, but I did miss having a microwave in the room.

7.2/10

My stay at the AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown was quite the mixed bag. While I appreciated the modern amenities and convenient location near major attractions, I encountered some significant service challenges. The room, although clean and well-maintained, was smaller than I had expected, and the breakfast pricing felt steep for what was offered. Overall, I found some bright spots, but the experience was overshadowed by the service inconsistencies.

Rooms
7.0
The room was modern and clean, but definitely on the smaller side. There were limited storage options, which made it a bit cramped for my needs.
Service

The service didn't meet my expectations. While some staff were friendly, I encountered unhelpful receptionists who didn't seem eager to assist, which was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Atlanta and close to attractions like the Americasmart. This made exploring the city very easy.
Dining
6.0
I found the breakfast to be on the pricier side and not ideal for a quick meal. While the European-style options were decent, they lacked variety and value for money.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were well-kept, with a clean, inviting pool area. However, I did experience delays due to limited elevators, impacting my overall convenience during my stay.

I had a generally pleasant stay at the AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown, though there were a few hiccups. The room was clean and provided a comfortable night’s sleep with a plush king-sized bed. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the valet parking situation, which felt a bit overpriced at $35 per night. Overall, it’s a solid choice for being close to downtown attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

Rooms
8.0
My room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was very cozy, making for a good night’s sleep, despite the slightly noisy air conditioning. The bathroom featured nice fixtures but had a weak shower pressure.
Service
6.0
The service was hit or miss; while I found the valet staff friendly and helpful, the reception experience was less pleasant. The person at the desk felt a bit overwhelmed, but they were at least personable. I did encounter some issues that required assistance and had varying responses from the staff.

6.2/10

My stay at the AC Hotel Atlanta Downtown was enjoyable, highlighted by the excellent customer service and superb location near attractions like Centennial Olympic Park. Although I found the beds comfortable, I did wish for slightly firmer support. While the facilities, especially the gym and outdoor lounge, were nice, some minor issues, like limited breakfast options, were present. Overall, it was a pleasant visit with room for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and well-maintained with a beautiful bathroom that had both a mounted and a rain shower head. However, I did notice that the mattress, while initially feeling soft, turned out to be quite comfortable, though I still preferred a firmer option.
Service
10.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The valet personnel greeted me warmly upon arrival and the front desk staff proved to be helpful, especially with quick check-in. They even provided complimentary hot chocolate on a chilly race day, which was a lovely touch.
Location

The hotel's location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to major attractions like Skyview and the College Football Hall of Fame. It was convenient for my visit to the Hot Chocolate Run, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
Dining

Breakfast options were limited, with an extra charge, but it was decent quality. I enjoyed the buffet, although I felt it was a bit expensive if it wasn’t included in my room rate.
Facilities

I appreciated the gym's cleanliness and the outdoor lounge area provided a relaxing spot. However, I did wish there was a microwave in the room to warm up food without needing to go downstairs.
